History

This team was one of the original teams when FIRST began in 1992. The team consisted of Shenendehowa HS and was sponsored by RPI. The original number this team was issued in 1997 was 102, then when FIRST recycled the numbers in 1998 it became team 20. Later this team picked up another high school and became team 250 after changing sponsors to Nynex (which would become Bell Atlantic, which would become Verizon). In 2004, the two high schools split up, and Shenendehowa HS returned to it's original number 20 and it's original sponsor RPI.
